Artist Spotlight: Exposures by Rah!
When it came time to update our website with some professional photos I knew exactly who I was going to ask. My friends Sarah and Ethan started their photography business Exposures by Rah here in Traverse City, and I believe they are the best in town for a number of reasons.
When I was thinking of "professional photos" I got a little nervous because we did not want the result to look stiff and too formal. since that is not who we are here at A.N.D. Design. I had a vision of us looking friendly and approachable while conveying our creativity at the same time.
Sarah shot my maternity photos last July while she was starting her business and they turned out gorgeous and we had so much fun. I love supporting my friend's small businesses so I thought I would give Sarah and Ethan a call. Exposures by Rah made our vision come to life, and we had so much fun during the process! They came to our studio for the photoshoot and it felt like we were welcoming family to hangout while taking photos.
Sarah and Ethan were very professional while also taking the time to know who we really are as people and as a company. They got a feel for what our creative style is, and they portrayed that through their photos.
We had some fun while we were shooting too, which made Diane and I more relaxed for our headshots. They also took some awesome photos of our pets and got some play time in with my 6 month year old daughter Myah. The overall experience was amazing and I will for sure be using Exposures by Rah for our future photo sessions. They have had a wide range of clients and I recommend them for anyone looking for quality photos for their business, special event, or to just capture a special family memory. :)
